Computer Works` has several lessons set up to introduce you to the various systems. They present the systems in a logical, step-by-step fashion. When you enter the lesson section, you are presented with several lessons you can take. If you select one, it lets you step through the elements of the lesson, one step at a time. You press the "Next" button to go on to the next element. The "Back" button takes you to the preceding item in the lesson.
At any time, you can leave the lesson by selecting the "End Lesson" button.
When you're done with the lessons, you can take an open-book quiz over what you've just learned.
